Frontier Days Festival 2018

The 43rd Frontier Days Festival is gearing up for five days of exciting activities, entertainment, food and carnival rides. Frontier Days is held June 29 - July 1 and July 3 - 4, with Monday, July 2, open for carnival rides only from 5 - 11 p.m. All the action is held at Recreation Park, 500 E. Miner.

There's no fee to attend Frontier Days 2018.  Thanks to the 500-strong, local volunteer corps of Frontier Days, Inc. , Arlington Heights is treated to an amazing carnival and entertainment that will rock you! The performers they have lined up on the Main and Frontier Stages won’t disappoint!



Festival Dates & Times:


Saturday, June 30 Festival and Carnival open Noon - Midnight

Sunday, July 1 Festival and Carnival open Noon - 11 p.m.
Stampede Run @ 7:30 a.m. (online entry)
Pet Parade @ 10 a.m.

Monday, July 2 Carnival only open 5 - 11 p.m.

Tuesday, July 3 Festival and Carnival open 5 p.m. - Midnight

Wednesday, July 4 Festival and Carnival open Noon - 10 p.m.

July 4th Parade:

Steps off at 10 a.m. from Oakton and Dunton.  Please be a good neighbor and refrain from reserving seats in the parkway areas along the parade route until after 7 p.m., July 3. Do not use tarps!

The parade's theme is "Dreams Comes Through under the Red, White and Blue."

The parade route is Oakton to Dunton to Miner to the Festival grounds at Recreation Park.

July 1 Fireworks Show at Arlington Park Racetrack:

Celebrate Independence day at Arlington with entertainment all day and into the night with the best fireworks display you'll ever experience kicking off at dusk, July 1.
