Public Safety Services

The Village of Arlington Heights takes the safety and protection of our residents & businesses to heart.  The goal of our Public Safety Services is to provide you with as much information as possible so that you can stay well informed via notifications through Reverse 911, to "hot crime" maps in the area.  We are thankful to provide our community with professional Fire, Police and Medical Emergency services as well as the opportunity to learn CPR and join our Citizen Police Academy; and we are thankful to you for making the 'city of good neighbors' great.

Community-Police Information Network | C-PIN

The purpose of the Community-Police Information Network (C-PIN) program is to create and maintain multiple lines of communication between the Arlington Heights Police Department and our residents and members of the business community. C-PIN will provide enhanced opportunities for relevant and timely two-way communication with subscribers through CitizenObserver and Twitter.

NOTE: C-PIN is not a replacement for 911!  911 should be called to report crimes, suspicious activity or when immediate police response is needed.
