Annual Action Plan Public Hearing & Comments: 2019 Plan Amendments and 2023 Plan

• Proposed substantial and other amendments to the Village’s 2019 Annual Action Plan with respect to how the Village will utilize the Community Development Block Grant – COVID (CDBG-CV) allocation to the Village under the Federal CARES Act.

A 5-day public comment period will be held from June 14, 2023 – June 18, 2023.

A second public hearing will be held on this topic at the Village Board meeting on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 7:30 pm.

• The Village’s draft 2023 Annual Action Plan that will contain the Village’s plan for addressing the housing and community development needs of the community, particularly with respect the our low- and moderate-income residents and the proposed Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Budget.

A 30-day public comment period will be held from June 14, 2023 – July 15, 2023.

A second public hearing will be held on this topic at the meeting of the Village Board of Trustees on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 7:30 pm.
