Community Bike Ride

The Arlington Heights Bicycle and Pedestrian Commission invites residents and community members to participate in the Village's 2024 Community Bike Ride event, taking place on Saturday, May 18th, at North School Park, with the ride beginning promptly at 10:15 a.m. 

The ride provides two choices, including either a long route of 9.7 miles or a short ride of approximately 2.4 miles. Both routes will begin and end on Eastman Street, just south of North School Park. Both routes are designed to be enjoyed at a non-race pace and helmets are strongly encouraged. Water and a small snack will be provided.

Participants can ride their bikes to the event, or can find free public parking in the garage just south of North School Park. 

Upon returning to North School Park, bike riders are encouraged to attend the Village's Swing Into Spring Event, which begins at 11 a.m.!
