Integrated Services Department

Integrated Services Department includes the Village Manager, Assistant Village Manager, the Village Manager’s Office administrative staff, Communications & Community Outreach, the Legal Division, and the Information Technology & Geographical Information Divisions.   The Assistant Village Manager oversees the functions of Communications & Community Outreach, Village Manager's Office, Legal, and IT. The focus of Integrated Services is to optimize interdepartmental processes and to assess the effectiveness of Village processes by using strategic and organization-wide thinking.

Various services of the I.S.D. include leveraging technology to optimize Village operations, improve customer service and enhance citizen engagement; delivering Village information to the public using in the website, newspapers, social media, and other technologies as they grow in popularity; instilling a Village-wide spirit of continuous improvement and providing a positive customer service experience while delivering efficient and effective services.
