Windsor Road Diet and Resurfacing Open House

Community Open House Event
The Village invites residents and community members to attend an open house meeting, to learn more about the project and to provide to public input and comments.
The proposed Windsor Drive Road Diet and Resurfacing Project, from Jane Avenue to Hintz Road, would include modifying the 4-lane Windsor Drive down to one lane in each direction, and would add a center/left-turn lane and on-street bicycle lanes on both sides of the roadway.
Timeline as of October 2023
This project is in its preliminary design phase, and construction would not be expected to begin until approximately 2026 or 2027.

The in-person public information meeting will be conducted in an informal, open house format. Feel free to attend the meeting at any time between 5:30 P.M. and 7:30 P.M. The Village of Arlington Heights and consultant representatives will be present to discuss the project and to answer questions on an individual basis. Written comments will be accepted during the meeting as well as after the meeting. All comments received by November 23, 2023 will become part of the Public Information Meeting record.
The meeting will be accessible to persons with a disability.
