National Night Out

National Night Out (NNO) is an informative and fun community gathering for all ages that will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2019, in North School Park, 410 N. Arlington Heights Road, from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. The event focuses on crime and drug prevention awareness and generates participation in local anti-crime efforts to strengthen neighborhood spirit and community relations.

The park area will be filled with informational displays, demonstrations from the Police and Fire Departments as well as games for children and entertainment. Also, no event comes without food so check out the information below for the list of food trucks that will be a part of NNO. 

Coloring Contest: 
Children are asked to submit their very own coloring rendition of “Nat the Knight” for a chance to win prizes. Grand prize winner of each age category will receive $25 in gift certificates. Additional gift certificates will be awarded for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place. This contest is co-sponsored by the Arlington Heights Park District and Police Department. Please drop off your submissions at the Arlington Heights Police Department (200 E Sigwalt St, Arlington Heights, IL 60005), or Recreation Park (500 E. Miner St. AH IL 60004).  All submissions due by July 27 2019.
